My good friend….

Larry Foster passed away on November 20, 2023. Larry and I co-founded Front Range Boxing’s “Rock Steady” Parkinson’s Class about 7 years ago. He battled the disease for over 14 years. Larry was a West Point graduate, career soldier and US Army Ranger and a black belt in Judo. He will be greatly missed.
